Week 5
Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain
Hi friends and welcome to Week 5 of my Makeup Monday series. Today we are talking about lip stains. For Christmas my daughter gave me this balm stain and I really like it. The only problem was that that it was too dark for me (the one on the right) but I gave that to her (lucky daughter). I bought for myself the pink one on the left. It glides on nice and it stayed on throughout the day and it did not dry out my lips. This is a great product if you are busy and on the run like myself and so I would suggest this lip balm. You can find this in any drugstore for about $5.99 depending on where you shop.
Have you tried this lip balm stain yet? I hope I have inspired you to try it out.

I haven't tried this but it sounds like I should. I hardly ever wear anything on my lips since I don't have time to reapply often. This would eliminate the need for that. Thanks for sharing....:) Have a blessed week....Vicky
ReplyDeleteI'm really into tinted lip balms this Winter. I need the colour to brighten my face!

ReplyDeleteTinted lip balm...I never knew about it until now. You have inspired me to try them out:) Loving the price and the colors...thanks for sharing! Hugs, Poppy
ReplyDeleteTinted lip balms are a great idea, especially in winter when everyone experiences dryer skin. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI have wanted to try this, but was afraid it would be too drying because of the stain. Now I will try it - thanks for sharing! xo Karen
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried a balm stain yet, but I have tried plain lip stains and find they really dry me out. I love the stay power of them but the color from the stain tends to settle into the cracks of my lips. It looks like the stain mixed in with a balm might solve that problem! Thanks for sharing this! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog :) I'm your newest follower!

ReplyDeleteI have never liked wearing lipstick (it feels too sticky to me), but I've found that I enjoy wearing lip stain, because it feels much more natural. Thanks for sharing at Inspire Us Thursday on Organized 31.
ReplyDeleteTerrific tips! Thanks for your advice. Stopping by as co-host of Homemade link Party.
ReplyDeleteLove both these shades! Nice of your daughter to buy you a suitablecolour- that's really thoughtful! Love the Revlon Balm Stains!!! Happy monday and week!! :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice gift from your daughter. It's a pity the shade was too dark for you. It's hard to buy makeup for other people.
