Hello blog friends.
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. I did and I was happy to be able to celebrate it with my brother and sister in law and family.
I know that this year has been tough on many of us with the virus. I'm looking forward to the new year and I can't wait to get our lives back to normal.
Let's all raise a glass to a Happy and Healthy 2021! 🎉
See you all in the New Year!

Hello blog friends.
I thought it would be fun to do a This or That for Christmas.
You can play along and give me your answers in the comment section.
Hello blog friends. I love giving mason jar gifts for the holidays because they are quick gifts to make for family, friends, or neighbors.
I shared how to make this reindeer droppings mason jar gift a few years ago. This mason jar gift idea is a cute idea for a child.
I shared this mason jar gift with chocolate candy inside the jar. Mason jar gifts are so easy and fun to make and you can customize them however you like.
Here are some other ideas you can use for mason jar gifts:
- hot chocolate mason jar
- cookie mix mason jar
- spa day mason jar
- cookies in a mason jar
- tea theme mason jar
Have fun making mason jar gifts!

Hello blog friends. During the holidays I love making side dishes that are delicious and easy to make. I have a few side dish recipes that I've posted here and I'd love to share them with you again.
I shared back in 2013 this twice baked potato recipe. This recipe is from my mom and she made these every holiday. We love them and I hope you do too.
I shared this stuffed mushroom recipe back in 2013. I usually make these stuffed mushrooms every year and everyone likes them. You can use these as an appetizer or a side dish.
Remember when beets were all the rage? Well, this roasted beet and goat cheese recipe is the perfect appetizer or side for the holidays.
I hope I've given you some holiday side dish ideas. These are all family favorites.

Hello blog friends.
It's hard to believe that Christmas will be here in two weeks! 🎅
I have my Friday Favorites: December Edition
1. Crochet Bee Project
My daughter asked me to crochet for her a stuffed bee. I've been delayed with this project and busy with the holidays. All I have left on the project is to make the face and wings for the bee. I can't wait to show you the finished bee.
2. Thanksgiving
We had a beautiful Thanksgiving celebration at my brother/sister-in-law's house. I'm happy we were able to get together and celebrate it with family.
3. Chandelier Cleaning
My chandelier needed a good cleaning. I don't take the crystals off my chandelier to clean. I usually wipe it clean with a rag dipped in ammonia and water. I then dry each crystal with a paper towel. I love how the chandelier shines bright when it's all clean.
4. Costco Shopping
We did another Costco shopping haul two weeks ago. We loaded up the cart with a lot of our favorite foods. Of course, we couldn't forget the toilet paper. LOL.
5. Canva App
I used these photos for the wallpaper on my iPhone. It looks so cute and makes me happy when I look at my phone. I'm having a lot of fun using this app.
6. Bath & Body Works
I had to do some Christmas shopping in Bath & Body Works. I bought some fun candles, air freshener, lip glosses, and other items.
I love lighting candles during the holidays and Bath & Body Works has a HUGE selection of candles. I like the scent of this 3 wick candle.
The single wick candles were on sale so I picked up a few in different scents.
I picked up this air freshener with the tree night light. It makes the room smell nice.
This snowy peach berry hand soap smells nice too. I have this on our bathroom counter.
I picked up a few lip glosses that were on sale. These make great stocking stuffers.
7. My Sweet Dog Bosco
I bought a new sweater for Bosco at Rite Aid. My daughter decided to put her Star Wars Squishmallows around Bosco. LOL. Bosco is such a good sport and he didn't move for a while. I think he liked his new friends!
Thanks for stopping by and have a happy Friday and weekend.
Hello blog friends. We have only a few weeks left until Christmas so I thought I'd share with you some easy holiday craft projects.
I shared how to make this dollar store Christmas wreath two years ago on the blog. This wreath is so easy to make and I've been hanging this festive wreath on my kitchen door ever since making it. You can always change up the ornaments to hot glue onto the wreath. I found my ornaments two years ago at the Dollar Tree store.
I made these crochet Christmas mittens ornaments last year and they were easy and fun to make. If you know how to crochet, you can whip these up very fast. They look cute and festive on a Christmas tree. You can also add inside the mitten holiday candy or a gift card for gift giving.
I crocheted some angel ornaments about two years ago and gave them out to friends and family. These crocheted angels look so festive on a Christmas tree or a present.
I made some crochet towel holders last year to decorate my kitchen for the holidays. I crocheted them in red and green colored yarn. They look so festive holding your kitchen Christmas towels.
I made these crochet face scrubbies last year to give for Christmas presents. I used a cute makeup bag and added the face scubbies along with some fancy soap. This makes a great handmade gift idea.
HAPPY CRAFTING EVERYONE!
Hello blog friends and Happy December.
I am joining Tanya for her Amazon Prime Purchases December link-up. You might find some Amazon items here and at Tanya's link-up that might be of interest to you.
I love decorating the top of my Christmas tree with an angel. I've had the same two for many years. I thought this angel looked pretty in the plaid coat and with the white feather wings. I did receive the angel with the wings hanging off by a thread. I had to hot glue the wings back onto the angel.
I ordered a new red plaid tree skirt in the size 46 inches. This tree skirt looks nice wrapped around my Christmas tree. The quality is good and it has velcro to secure the ends of the skirt together.
My Amazon ordering would not be complete without one of these cute Covid-19 ornaments!
I ordered another bag of these Rachael Ray Burger Bites for my dog. These are Bosco's favorite dog treats.
Often our family likes having toasted bagels for breakfast. I usually buy fresh bagels, cut them in half, and then freeze them. I don't enjoy cutting the bagels in half with a knife. I decided to make it easier and safer by buying this new bagel cutter. I'm happy I don't have to worry about cutting my fingers.
I saw this wide purse strap on Tanya's blog post, Gifts for Her 2020. I liked this purse strap idea and I decide to get one in the color coffee. It will go great with my black and brown handbags.
I did order one more item that I couldn't show you incase anyone in the family reads this blog post! LOL!
You can read about my November Amazon purchases if you missed that blog post.
I hope I've given you some gift ideas you might like for yourself or someone on your list.
Have you bought anything lately on Amazon?
