Hello blog friends. Are you ready for Christmas?
I thought it would be fun to do a This or That Christmas Edition.
I've circled my answers seen below.
1. Summer or Winter - I enjoy celebrating Christmas in the winter. I'd also love to see a dusting of snow on the ground.
2. Eggnog or Hot Chocolate - I like hot chocolate with marshmallows.
3. Sweaters or Pajamas - I love wearing holiday sweaters.
4. Chocolate or Candy - I enjoy eating chocolates during the holidays.
5. Turkey or Ham - I enjoy eating a honey baked ham for Christmas.
6. Pudding or Cake - I like any kind of cake for the holidays.
7. Elf or Home Alone - I like watching the Elf movie.
8. Kris Kringle or Gift Everyone - For Christmas I usually like to gift everyone. This also depends on the type of party you are going to attend.

It's been a while since I've done a beauty blog post. The last time I did one was last spring.
I thought it would be a great time to share my thoughts on the eye masks I've been using.
I did a blog post in May about the eye masks I purchased from Ulta Beauty. You can read that blog post here.
I love to pamper myself by moisturizing the skin under my eye area with these eye masks. I've been using them for about five months. I apply the eye masks for about 15 to 20 minutes in the morning or evening. The eye masks help diminish the look of fine lines and wrinkles and reduces the look of puffiness.
These eye masks would make a great splurge gift for the holidays.
I also purchased these eye masks after seeing them mentioned on Lindsay's Sweet World. These eye masks are sold on Amazon for only $12.39. This is a huge price difference compared to the Peter Thomas Roth eye masks shown above, which cost $75. I like these eye patches for the price point. This jar is not as elegant as the other one but still good.

I'd like to thank everyone who left me such sweet and comforting e-mails and comments on the blog post I did about Bosco here. Your thoughtfulness means so much to me and I appreciate it.

I have some sad news. You may have noticed that I haven't been around for a while. It's because our dog Bosco passed away on November 26, 2022. Bosco was 15 years old.
We adopted Bosco when he was a six-month-old puppy and has been with us for 14 1/2 years.
Bosco's health had declined in the last six months due to old age. He slowed down and had two seizures about two weeks ago that were scary. When I called the vet he said to stop Bosco's blood pressure medicine and that he had a glorious life. We wanted Bosco put to sleep in our home and we found a vet who would come to our house to do the procedure. When the vet and assistant came to the house, Bosco followed them into the kitchen and he knew he was ready to go to doggie heaven. He then died in my daughter's arms.
I'm crying as I write this blog post but we're trying to remember the happy times we've had with Bosco.
Bosco was a happy puppy and he loved playing with all his toys. He had two dog buddies that lived on our block and they liked to play together.
He loved his dog treats.
He loved sitting on the couch with me.
Bosco and I took a lot of walks together.
Bosco loved car rides around town or when we would visit my daughter while she was away at college. My daughter's roommates would watch Bosco so that we could go out to dinner. They all loved Bosco's sweet personality.
Bosco made our life complete.
Thanks, Bosco for all the memories we've had with you.
Bosco, we will miss you and keep you in our hearts forever.
