Hey blog friends!
I can't believe we'll be celebrating Thanksgiving next week. I thought I'd share some recipes that are perfect for this holiday.
I made back in 2020 Sausage Cornbread Stuffing for Thanksgiving. It was a big hit with my family and everyone liked it. It's easy to make and a different take on basic stuffing using cornbread, corn, and cheese.
I also like to make this sausage stuffing if I'm hosting Thanksgiving dinner at my house.
I made back in 2019 Corn Pudding Muffins that were a big hit at our Thanksgiving dinner. I remember seeing this recipe for corn pudding at Kitty's blog here.
I hosted last year nine people for Thanksgiving dinner. I decided to make it easy on myself and made a turkey breast instead of a whole turkey. I bought the turkey at Wegmans and it came out moist and delicious tasting. I will be making roast turkey this way from now on whenever I have to host Thanksgiving.
I hope I've given you some ideas for your Thanksgiving gathering.
Wishing everyone a happy Thanksgiving!

ReplyDeleteIt's fun to see the different types of dishes families serve for Thanksgiving (and Christmas). Yours sounds delicious. I always make a herbed bread stuffing with sausage/water chestnuts/celery/onions and (mushrooms sometimes depending on which family is eating here). I love all the traditions and now my daughters make the same kind of dressing. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. xo Diana
