ROASTED BEET AND GOAT CHEESE RECIPE
Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Recipe
This is an easy and delicious tasting beet and goat cheese appetizer.
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 beets
- 1 tablespoon goat cheese crumbles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste Italian seasoning
- to taste salt & pepper
Instructions
1. Roast beets. See directions above.2. When cooled slice beets into thin round slices.3. Sprinkle goat cheese crumbles on top of beets.4. Drizzle with olive oil.5. Add seasons.

ReplyDeleteOh boy, you've hit a homerun with this one over here. Two of my granddaughter's favorite things are beets (she loves the beet chips too) and goat cheese! I don't know that she's ever had them together though!

Delicious recipe, Julie. I love beets and although I prefer them roasted, I usually end up boiling them, as it's faster. We love to have them drizzled with olive oil, balsamic and minced garlic, but your goat cheese sounds good, too!
