I have a light and healthy quiche recipe that I made recently, and I'd love to share it with you.
This is so easy to make and tastes delicious. I make this quite often for dinner, and if you like kale, then I'm sure you will like this quiche dish as much as we do. I usually like to serve salad on the side too.
Here the quiche is sliced and ready to be eaten. This dish is easy to assemble, with no crust and it bakes up really fast. If you do not like kale, then you can substitute that for broccoli.

Yum! I've made the Bisquick quiches before, but never with kale. This looks so good! Thanks for sharing - hope you have a lovely weekend, Julie. xx K
ReplyDeletethe kale quiche sounds so good. Unfortunately, I cannot eat the kale as I am on blood thinners. Kale has so much Vit K in it that it counter acts the blood thinner medicine I take. So I have to be careful with certain food. But I am saving this recipe.
ReplyDeleteHope your having a great week and Happy Weekend.
Hugs,
Mary
