I love cooking vegetables as a side dish for our family for dinner. Today I'd love to share with you this easy recipe for Roasted Cauliflower.
ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray with cooking spray (PAM) a large roasting pan. Cut cauliflower into small florets and place in a bowl. Add to the bowl olive oil, salt, pepper and mix everything together. Spread florets out onto the roasting pan and place in oven. Roast for 35 to 40 minutes until lightly browned. Use a fork to test when done.
Done!
This makes a great vegetable side dish for chicken, fish, steak or any pork dish. I hope I have inspired you to make this easy vegetable recipe.
Thanks everyone and Enjoy!
Julie
Oh Julie, this looks absolutely delish! I love cauliflower, and one of my favourite ways to serve it is in a cheese and mustard sauce.... But, as I am watching how much saucea I have lately, this would be the perfect way to cook it and yet still enjoy it! Thank you, for you have indeed inspired me!

I love roasted cauliflower! I think it's the most misunderstood veggie out there. When I roast it, the only problem is I end up eating most of it before it hits the table :/.
