Hi friends, I love summer and making food on the grill. It's so easy and you don't have to use the oven. When I saw this recipe for grilled potatoes that Jess from Plucky's Second Thought made, I knew that I wanted to make them too.
The grilled potatoes tasted amazing and I grilled the potatoes for a half hour. Make sure to spray the tin foil with PAM or cooking spray so the potatoes do not stick to the foil.
GRILLED POTATOES
INGREDIENTS:
- potatoes - thinly sliced
- sliced onions
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Slice potatoes and onions into small pieces. Spray foil packet with cooking spray. Place potatoes and onions in sprayed foil packet with olive oil and spices. Grill for 25-30 minutes.

Mmm... grilled potatoes sound wonderful! Thanks for the link to the recipe, sweet friend. Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteSounds so good! We haven't even fired up our grill yet! Need to soon!
ReplyDeleteOh! Potatoes cooked in any way...so delicious! My favourite is oven-roasted chips...I always leave the skins on the potatoes for extra crispiness and flavour... And olive oil drizzled over - perfect:)
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing the link to the lovely recipe, dear Julie!
Have a delightful weekend and a restful one too!
Much love!

Oh how yummy! I will try this on my pan grill as I don't have a grill. Thanks for sharing Julie:) Have a wonderful Friday and weekend!
ReplyDeleteYum! I like anything on the grill, bbq tastes so goos in the summer. Plus, if it keeps me out of the kitchen, even better! Happy Friday, Julie!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea!! xx
ReplyDeleteHi Julie, We love these potatoes on the grill and have made them for years. Sometime adding peppers and cheese too. So yummy.

ReplyDeleteI always love summer and making food on the grill - it seems to taste so much better. Thanks for sharing on Real Food Fridays. Pinned & twitted.
ReplyDeleteI agree about the grill Julie. It is so much easier and far less clean up than using the kitchen. If I had my way, I'd have a full outdoor kitchen and never cook inside!
ReplyDeleteI never thought you could grill potatoes, I'll take a look and give them a go. Take care my lovely xx
ReplyDeleteYum!
