Hello friends. I hope you all had a nice week. I can't believe that it's already the middle of June. I am looking forward to enjoying the summer.
We had a few days last week with bad air quality due to the fires in Canada. One night I took a picture of the sky. The sky looked so gray. I'm happy that the air quality was much better this week.
I have romaine lettuce growing and it was ready to be picked. My husband and I shared a salad this week.
On my walk to the gym this week I saw these pretty flowers.
I made a quick shopping trip to Costco this week. I needed lettuce, veggies, and fruit. I spotted this pack of Scrub Daddy sponges. My daughter turned me onto these sponges. I love using one in the kitchen for cleaning pots and pans. I also love using these sponges to scrub down my shower walls.
Have you ever used a Scrub Daddy sponge?
On my last shopping trip to Trader Joe's I picked up this facial sunscreen. I love using this sunscreen on my face before I apply my makeup. This sunscreen is perfect to use during the summer months.

I used to have those same purple blub flowers! Funny story-- my nephew who was quite little at the time chopped the heads off them.. and they never grew back!

ReplyDeleteWasn't that smoke terrible? I'm so glad it's behind us and I hope it stays there. I've never tried those sponges, I'll have to keep my eyes open for them and I'm jealous of your lettuce. We have a bunny who's been enjoying ours!! Haha!!
ReplyDeleteThat smoke was unbelievable - the sky was orange here. I do use Scrub Daddies - love them because food doesn't stick to them. Never thought of using them in the shower - that's a great idea. I'll be looking for that sunscreen!
