Hello friends.
I love it when I find easy recipes from fellow bloggers. I found this egg bake recipe from Andrea at Living on Cloud Nine. She recently shared her healthy recipes round up and I was so excited to try this three ingredient egg bake.
This egg bake tastes delicious and it's so easy to make. I've made this for my family two times already and they love it just as much as I do.
Thanks, Andrea for this breakfast recipe idea. I can't wait to try the banana protein pancakes next.
THREE INGREDIENT EGG BAKE RECIPE:
WHAT I ADDED TO THE RECIPE:
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 6 pieces of cooked bacon
- I sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese on top of the egg bake before going into the oven

Interesting egg dish Julie. Cottage cheese is a surprise. Happy upcoming Valentine’s Day.
ReplyDeleteYum, I saw that over on Andrea's blog too. I want to try it. I've added cottage cheese to eggs before for some added protein. I like the idea of the chilis too. I've been making protein pancake bowls a lot lately and I add unsweetened applesauce instead of bananas. I hope you're having a good day and not too snowed in!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds so good. I bet it would be good as a quiche too. Have a great week. Happy Valentines Day. Hugs. Kris
ReplyDeleteIt sounds lovely Julie, nice and easy too. x
ReplyDeleteThe green chilis and cottage cheese are two ingredients I've never had mixed into my eggs but it sounds like a delicious combination!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great recipe. Thanks for sharing on SSPS, I hope to see you again next week.
ReplyDeleteI am so happy you made it and loved it Julie! It’s such a keeper! Thank you lovely. I add a little bit of cheddar cheese as well.
ReplyDeleteOh, this sounds wonderful! I have a quiche recipe that calls for cottage cheese, and it's amazing. Visiting from the Talking About it Tuesdays linkup.
ReplyDeleteI am not a chili lover, so will sub that for i.e. asparagus or something similar.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for participating and sharing at SSPS 297. See you again next week!
It looks delicious and easy! Those are my favorite kind of recipes.
ReplyDeleteI am not a fan of the chilis for breakfast, but I love breakfast food anytime. Thanks for sharing with Create-it Link Party.

I will try this, Julie! I make a crustless quiche about once a month and cut and freeze portions. Mine has cottage cheese in it, too. I do like green chilies so that would be delicious!
ReplyDeleteI finally made it yesterday and it's so good! Happy Friday Julie!
