Three Ingredient Egg Bake

February 13, 2024

Hello friends.

I love it when I find easy recipes from fellow bloggers.  I found this egg bake recipe from Andrea at Living on Cloud Nine.  She recently shared her healthy recipes round up and I was so excited to try this three ingredient egg bake.

This egg bake tastes delicious and it's so easy to make.  I've made this for my family two times already and they love it just as much as I do.

Thanks, Andrea for this breakfast recipe idea.  I can't wait to try the banana protein pancakes next.

THREE INGREDIENT EGG BAKE RECIPE:

WHAT I ADDED TO THE RECIPE:

  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 6 pieces of cooked bacon
  • I sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese on top of the egg bake before going into the oven

  2. Yum, I saw that over on Andrea's blog too. I want to try it. I've added cottage cheese to eggs before for some added protein. I like the idea of the chilis too. I've been making protein pancake bowls a lot lately and I add unsweetened applesauce instead of bananas. I hope you're having a good day and not too snowed in!

  9. I am not a chili lover, so will sub that for i.e. asparagus or something similar.

  17. I will try this, Julie! I make a crustless quiche about once a month and cut and freeze portions. Mine has cottage cheese in it, too. I do like green chilies so that would be delicious!
