Week 36 - Physicans Formula Super BB All-in-1 Beauty Balm Stick
Hello friends! I hope you all had a nice weekend. Today I'd like to share with you this new BB Balm Stick that I bought recently at Duane Reade. I love using BB Cream and I saw that this is different as it is a balm stick that you use to apply to your face instead of cream from a tube. I love how convenient it is to use and I applied it on my face where I needed to and then I used a makeup sponge to blend it in. This has an SPF 30 and the color that I bought is Light and is the perfect color for my fair skin. It also comes in Light/Medium and that is perfect for darker colored skin. The price I paid for this is $12.95 and I am happy that it works well and blends in easily. I love wearing and using this product and if you like using BB Cream than I would recommend you try this product. This would be great for traveling and it's not a liquid and it won't take up too much room in your makeup bag.
* Makeup Tip: Makeup Sponges are great for blending in BB Creams and Foundation. You can purchase these at any drug store. I love using these to blend in my makeup.
Do you have a favorite BB Cream that you like using? I'd love to know.
Thanks for stopping by and see you all next time for Makeup Monday.

I found a nice blush that I like from The Balm...a sample was in my Birchbox and I was hooked!!
ReplyDeleteI have never used those products but it is always fun to hear about something new (to me) here! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI was just looking at BB Cream last week.... maybe I should give this a try :) I always enjoy your tips, sweet friend. Happy Monday!
ReplyDeleteI've been using Clinque's BB cream. It kind of got expensive while living here because it's and imported brand. It also has a whitening ingredient that I'm not to fond of. I'm going to look into my new local makeup line that I've started using. And I'll see how it goes:) Hugs! Pingxoxo
ReplyDeleteI have never tried a BB cream, but last night I was out shopping for makeup with my daughter and was contemplating giving one a try. Maybe I should try this one! The strong SPF sounds perfect for this time of year!

I love hearing your reviews of make up, Julie. I have used BB creams..the Maybelline one and also, the Garnier one. I'm now using Nars Pure Radiant Cream, which isn't a BB cream, but goes on like one. It's kinda pricey, but has lasted me over a year.
ReplyDeleteWhoo I have not heard of this beauty balm stick before, looks great :) I've not used wedges in ages, must pick some up as I use to love using them...
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing at creative Mondays

Hi Julie, this one sounds good. I have been using a BB by Rimmel but I like what you have shown so I may give this a try when the other runs out. I like the tube style, it's easy and not messy to use.
ReplyDeleteAlso I love the sponge applicators too. Thanks for sharing.
Have a great week!!
Hugs, CM
Looks and sounds like a great product! I use BB Cream...just the Garnier brand from Wal Mart. I love it and have been using it almost 2 years. Have a wonderful Tuesday Julie!

ReplyDeleteI like that it has an SPF in it! Thank you for sharing your finds on the Art of Home-Making Mondays! :)
ReplyDeleteI have never used a BB cream. I stopped using liquid foundation years ago; it's hard to blend so that my face doesn't look darker than my neck! I like Mary Kay's powder foundation.
ReplyDeleteI love BB cream, it's so easy to get ready when I use it. Thanks for linking up to the Bloggers Brags Pinterest Party. I have pinned your post to the Bloggers Brags Pinterest Board.
