Here is what our back yard and side yard looked like last week. We had about 7 inches of snow last Wednesday and this is what I saw when I looked outside.
The temperature will be warmer this week and we'll have some melting of snow that has fallen all winter. I will be so happy when I do not see any more snow.
Jen from JENerally Informed and Celeste from Leapfrog and Lipgloss are hosting this Mommy Challenge and the topic this week is Room With a View.

Winter always sticks around longer than you want it to. At least it seems that way to me. Hang in there Julie, Spring is coming.

That was my view, as well. It's about gone now and I'm so glad!! Can't wait to get out in my garden! Thanks for your visit. It's good to be back! Come on, Spring!!!
ReplyDeleteYuck! I'm sorry your snow hasn't melted yet. Hang in there!
ReplyDeleteI hope that it keeps getting warmer and the snow keeps gently melting away for you!! xx
ReplyDeleteWell, is started snowing here on Friday but it didn't have any strength to pile it up. Streets clean, sky grim, weather yucky! In desperate need for spring!
ReplyDeleteWe are so deep into spring by now that it suddenly seems strange to see snow.

Wishing the Bangkok sun melts your snow for you Julie! Pingxoxooxo
ReplyDeleteOh it looks rather chilly out of your window! It's chilly here in the UK but we have had some bright day and thankfully no snow. Hope yours disappears soon. Have a lovely week.

I have the same view from my room, Julie and I too will be happy when the snow is gone! I think we're getting closer! :)
ReplyDeleteBrrrrr, 7 inches here in Southern Arizona would be like the end of the world! It would shut the whole county down I think. Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteThat is ONE COLD VIEW, Julie. Please keep it all there- I don't want anymore!!!! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteIt has been such a long winter for so many. I hope you have some warmer temps soon and enjoy your view! Sweet hugs, Diane

That snow wouldn't last long in the 80 degree weather we've been having this week. I'm not complaining though. I much prefer warm weather. The snow is pretty though and u sometimes wish it snowed here once a year...:) Hope you're having a lovely week Julie!
ReplyDeletegosh that is a sad view, this winter just seems to be lasting too long. At least we have a bit of sunshine here to brighten the days after months of rain, rain and more rain.... and isn´t next month April usually a rainy month too??, sigh.
ReplyDeleteHi Julie, great shot of one snowy and cold view. I hope it all melts this week and you can see the green again. It's been a long winter.
ReplyDeleteI got this in my inbox yesterday but I was gone all day. It did finally arrive the day after you posted but at least we know the follow by email is back working.
Hugs, CM
exactly like what we had last week...its good that now the snow is mostly gone :)..yaaay :)
ReplyDeleteUgh! Snow! I can't wait until it all goes away. Everything looks dirty and ugly right now. We need a good, soaking rain to wash away the grime and salt. I think tonight on my walk, I'm taking a garbage bag with me to pick-up the trash that was caught under the snow, since the lazy people in my subdivision won't do it.
