Blog Recommendations!

Hi blog friends! I was the lucky winner of a giveaway that Gina from The Gentle Art of Homemaking had. I won this lovely cookbook called Mother Nature's Candy Cookbook by Alison Candlin and to see the blog post you can click HERE .

Stephanie from The Enchanting Rose has a lovely blog party every Tuesday that she hosts called Roses of Inspiration and she featured crocheted hearts that were made by Shoregirl's Creations HERE. I saw how lovely the hearts were and made two of them the other night. They were fun to make and there is a lovely tutorial included which helps in making them. Thanks Stephanie for featuring these cute hearts and Shoregirl's Creations for the crocheted hearts you made.

Diane from Welcome to Lavender Dreams shared a healthy recipe last week for Flavorful Chicken Salad. When I saw this recipe on her blog I just knew I had to try it. It was so delicious and it's healthy too. Thanks Diane for sharing this healthy chicken salad recipe with us.

I love when I see so much inspiration and how creative my blog friends are. I love getting new and fun ideas and trying the out! Thanks blog friends for sharing your ideas.

How sweet of you to mention me along with these beautiful ladies. I am honored my friend. I made the chicken salad this week and added a little curry powder to the mayo (a suggestion from a blog buddy) and it was good. Thanks for making me feel so special this morning! You were lucky to be the winner of the cookbook. You'll have to share your makes with us (I know you will). I'll pop over to Gina's blog to have a peek. I already follow Diane, but I missed seeing the chicken salad recipe. Will follow your link back to that. Your little crocheted hearts are cute. I really enjoyed making the knitted hearts too, and since they were knit in the round I didn't have to seam them up at the end. Enjoy your weekend Julie!
