In the summer, it's really the only way I cook it, but I always put butter on it too before I put it on the grill. Everything's better with buttah ;).

I really like how you've wrapped the corn in foil, Julie. I don't like how corn on the cob can get charred when it's cooked on the grill and this makes sure that doesn't happen. Up till now I've always boiled my corn but now I'm going to try cooking it on the grill instead! Thank you for sharing this post with us at Hearth and Soul. Pinning :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm visiting from Two Teens and Their Mama today. I love that you used olive oil on this grilled corn - I am definitely going to try that!
ReplyDeleteNothing is better than corn on the cob in the summer!
