Grilled Corn on the Cob

July 17, 2015

Have you ever tried grilling corn on the cob?  Well if you haven't tried it yet, I have this simple recipe to share with you.

GRILLED CORN ON THE COB

INGREDIENTS:

corn on the cob
olive oil
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
foil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Take corn on the cob and clean by removing husks.  Lay corn on tin foil and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.  Wrap up corn in the tin foil.  Place on grill set to medium heat for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.  Let cool a little before removing the foil.

Done!

P.S.  You can add any seasonings you like.

  3. That looks so good! We grill just about everything but I usually do corn in the husk, in the microwave, 2 1/2 minutes and it's perfect. Sweet hugs, Diane

  9. In the summer, it's really the only way I cook it, but I always put butter on it too before I put it on the grill. Everything's better with buttah ;).

  22. I really like how you've wrapped the corn in foil, Julie. I don't like how corn on the cob can get charred when it's cooked on the grill and this makes sure that doesn't happen. Up till now I've always boiled my corn but now I'm going to try cooking it on the grill instead! Thank you for sharing this post with us at Hearth and Soul. Pinning :-)
