Grilled Potatoes Recipe

June 12, 2015

Hi friends, I love summer and making food on the grill.  It's so easy and you don't have to use the oven.  When I saw this recipe for grilled potatoes that Jess from Plucky's Second Thought made, I knew that I wanted to make them too.

The grilled potatoes tasted amazing and I grilled the potatoes for a half hour.  Make sure to spray the tin foil with PAM or cooking spray so the potatoes do not stick to the foil.

GRILLED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS:

  • potatoes - thinly sliced
  • sliced onions
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Slice potatoes and onions into small pieces.  Spray foil packet with cooking spray.  Place potatoes and onions in sprayed foil packet with olive oil and spices.  Grill for 25-30 minutes.

  3. Oh! Potatoes cooked in any way...so delicious! My favourite is oven-roasted chips...I always leave the skins on the potatoes for extra crispiness and flavour... And olive oil drizzled over - perfect:)
Thank you for sharing the link to the lovely recipe, dear Julie!
Have a delightful weekend and a restful one too!
    Much love!

  10. I agree about the grill Julie. It is so much easier and far less clean up than using the kitchen. If I had my way, I'd have a full outdoor kitchen and never cook inside!
