Beach Reads and Deadly Deeds by Allison Brennan
I read this on my Kindle using the Libby app. I enjoyed this cozy beach read. This book had a combination of mystery, humor, and romance.
The Lion Women of Tehran by Marjan Kamala
I finally read this book after my daughter gifted it to me for Christmas. This was an interesting read involving the friendship of two young girls from Tehran.
Summer Reading by Jenn McKinlay
I enjoyed this cute rom-com. I love that it took place on Martha's Vineyard, and this was the perfect summer read.
Local Woman Missing by Mary Kubica
I was gifted this book to read by my sister-in-law. I love a good thriller/mystery book. I'm glad my sister-in-law gave me this book, as it's the first time I've read a book by this author. I'm hooked! I liked this book and have, She's Not Sorry on hold by this author. I can't wait to read that book soon.
We Love to Entertain by Sarah Strohmeyer
This was another good thriller/mystery book that I read on my Kindle using the Libby app. This was a fun read.
The Night We Lost Him by Laura Dave
I read this on my Kindle using the Libby app. This was another good twisty tale and mystery. I would like to read more books by this author.

It looks like you had a lot of good summer reading!! Have you read Beautiful Ugly by Alice Feeney. It's a good thriller and was one from Reese's book club.

ReplyDeleteI love mysteries best and can't wait to find some of these books to read. After all these years of reading, I quit reading this year. I've had a hard time keeping up with everything and instead of reading, I've listened to music. I know...I know....I can do both! heehee! Hugs!

ReplyDeleteI just added a few of these to my Libby app to check out later. I have read Local Woman Missing and it was such a good book. I will certainly be looking for She's Not Sorry. I am currently reading several Karen Kingsbury books and enjoying each of them.
