WEEK 30 - FAVORITE HAND CREAMS
Hi friends, welcome back to Makeup Monday and I hope you all enjoyed the weekend. Today I would love to share with you some of my favorite hand creams. I have very dry hands in the fall and winter months and these all work well for me and do the trick of keeping my hands soft.
Kiehl's Ultimate Strength Hand Salve
For a 2.5 fl. oz. tube it's cost is $15.00 and this hand cream works great on very dry hands and leaves them soft. This makes the perfect gift or stocking stuffer. I have this cream right in my kitchen and use it when my hands feel dry.
L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream
L'Occitane Lavender Hand Cream
For a 1 oz. tube of this lavender hand cream the cost is $12.00. This is a nice hand cream that has a light lavender scent and leaves you hands soft and moisturizes well. This is the perfect size hand cream for your handbag.
I hope some of these suggestions for hand creams were helpful and they also make great gifts and stocking stuffers for the upcoming holidays.
These hand creams can be purchased in your neighborhood if they have a store. They can also be purchased on their websites and Sephora also sells L'Occitane hand cream.
In case you missed a Makeup Monday you can see them HERE!

It gets extremely dry here in the mountains especially during the Winter so I'm always on the look-out for good hand lotion. Thanks for your list of favorites - I may have to look into them.
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday, sweet lady! Hugs!
I have never used (or heard) of any of these hand creams, Julie. It is always funs to see what you are using. xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI think I would like that L'Occitane. Sounds good!
ReplyDeleteI have the driest hands, they actually crack. I have never heard of these creams, I think I will give #1 a try. I'm always looking for a solution! :)
ReplyDeleteOur cold, dry winters are hard on the skin! I put the L'Occitane (unscented) in my husband's stocking last year, and he really liked it. Thanks, Julie; I always love your makeup Mondays!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter and I and my best friend all get very dry skin in the winter. Are these products sold at Target, Walmart, or Kmart? (my only two non-internet stores available to me) Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the recommendations, Julie. I haven't as yet found a hand cream that I love. I appreciate you advice.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic post! I would love to try that lavender cream. I don't use cream....just Curel lotion. I'm going to put the lavender cream on my wish list! Sweet hugs, Diane
ReplyDeleteI have never tried these, Julie, so thank you for the suggestions. I do love scented hand creams and the lavender cream sounds wonderful. xo Karen

ReplyDeleteHappy Saturday! Lou Lou Girls
I am going to try Occitane for this winter. This is a French brand but I never used it. Thanks for linking and I am featuring you tomorrow. Sharing on twitter directly too. XO
ReplyDeleteI would absolutely love to try that Shea Butter hand cream. My hands are always dry since I work with fabric quite a bit. So I always have horrible hangnails and torn cuticles. It's really painful, so I need something that will nip it in the bud. Thanks so much for sharing this on Come Along Ponds last week!
ReplyDeleteI really need these Julie. Only I can only use unscented hand creams. Crazy, but the scents burn my eyes. Has gotten worse as I have gotten older. My fingers crack and et splits so bad in the winter. I tried a foot cream that my daughter had told me about this summer called, Healthy Feet. It was fabulous and kept my heels soft even though I never wear sock or shoes in the summer. They have a Healthy Hands that I want to try. Thanks for sharing with SYC.
ReplyDeletehugs,
Jann
