Hello friends, I wanted to share with you a fun and easy recipe for Ambrosia Salad. We had friends over during the summer for a BBQ and they brought with them this salad. My recipe is a little different from what we had, and it's so good and it reminds me of the dessert my mom used to serve our family when I was little.
With the holidays approaching soon this would make a perfect dessert to serve.

Ambrosia Salad
10.5 oz. bag mini marshmallows
8 oz. container light sour cream
15 oz. can fruit cocktail
15 oz. can peach halves
Gently toss all the ingredients together and cover salad and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Here are some suggestions that you may like to add or change to this recipe:
flaked coconut
seedless grapes
slivered almonds
mandarin oranges
pineapple chunks
This is a recipe that grown ups and children will love and they can even help you make this.
