Hello friends and happy May.

I'm linking up with Jennifer at Overflowing With Thankfulness for what I'm currently loving, picturing, craving, wishing, and collecting.

This link-up is held on the first Wednesday of each month.

LOVING:

I'm loving all of the spring blooms popping up all over New York City.  I love these yellow daffodils lining the steps of Bryant Park.  This is a great time of year to visit this park.

PICTURING:

The lily of the valley is just starting to bloom in my garden.  I love the smell of lily of the valley and it's one of my favorite spring flowers.  I love that they pop up in my garden each spring.

CRAVING:

I'm craving visiting Coney Island and eating Nathan's hot dogs and fries on the beach.

WISHING:

I can't wait for this summer to go to the beach and swim in the water.  This is one of my favorite things to do in the summer.

COLLECTING:

I will be collecting flowers and herbs to put in my garden.  I usually wait until May when the weather is warm and there is no threat of frost.

I love planting red and pink geraniums.

What is currently new with you?

  3. I'm loving all of the flowers too. I just noticed my hostas are so much bigger than last year's. I hope the deer leave them alone! I can't wait to plant some containers...that is on my to-do list!

  5. Hi Julie. Lovely post, although I find it hard to read with the pink film over the words. Saw it at #WWBH. Have a beautiful day.

  6. Hello Julie, lovely photos of the spring flowers. May is a great time of year when flowers and plants come alive again. The beach sounds wonderful. My husband loves Nathan hot dogs, of course he grew up in NJ. Good luck with your garden.

  8. Lily of the Valley is one of my favorite flowers too. And I really understand the craving for hot dogs - I know they're not good for me, but I sure like to eat them!

  10. I miss the smell of lilies of the valley, Julie, but luckily I have two teacups with them to see their beauty. Your statue of Mary amongst the plants looked absolutely beautiful and so special for May. Have a great weekend!

  13. I'm waiting another week until I start my flower planting. I haven't been to Coney Island in ages, but the first place I'd head to is Nathans! Have a great Mother's Day, Julie!
