Hello, friends and Happy December. I can't believe it's the beginning of December already! How did the year go by so fast? LOL. 😯
Well, I really enjoy using the crockpot during these busy days during the holidays and the long winter months. I love the way the kitchen smells when a roast is cooking in the crockpot.
I have this super easy and delicious Crock Pot Applesauce Pork Roast to share with you.
The easy part about this recipe is that you just add your vegetables to the bottom of the pot, and then add your roast on top of the vegetables. The juices from the pork roast make its own gravy that cooks right in the crockpot.
I added carrots and celery to the pot, but you could even add in cut up potatoes and onions.

Yum, I love one-pot-meals and this one is going to be a breeze to make. Happy fall, Kippi
ReplyDeleteJulie,
ReplyDeleteSound yummy and simple. Now, that's my kind of recipe! ;)
I have a problem with the veggies getting mushy when I cook them with a roast. I like that this recipe uses applesauce, sounds like it will flavor well and keep the roast with getting dry. I will try this.
ReplyDeleteJulie, this one jumped out at me at the Blogger's Pit Stop! It sounds soooo good especially since autumn arrived.
