Make a large pot of hot coffee the way that you would normally do. Let the coffee cool off and pour into a pitcher and refrigerate to make the coffee cold.
When the coffee is cold you will fill a glass with ice cubes and then pour in the coffee and you can add half and half, or any kind of milk that you like. If you want to add sugar you can do that too.
Easy Iced Coffee at Home!
That is all there is to making iced coffee. How about making this on a hot summer afternoon or if you are entertaining guests. Do you buy it because it's easier or how about making your own. Let me know if you make a glass and if you enjoyed it!

ReplyDeleteI drink a lot of iced coffee here in Florida. I pour a glass of coffee, a splash of milk and a teaspoon of Torani sugar free Chocolate flavoring syrup. I buy it at Walmart or the grocery store! Oh my...it's good! Sweet hugs! Oh...and ice!
ReplyDeleteFreeze the coffee in ice cube trays than it will not get watered down
ReplyDeleteJulie, I'm so glad you posted this. When I was little, I remember my mom and dad drinking iced coffee in the summertime. It made me smile to remember that- thanks! :)
