Hello everyone.  I hope you are all having a great week and getting ready to celebrate Easter. 



I love Spaghetti Pie and I have this easy to make recipe to share with you.  This recipe brings back memories of my husband, daughter, and I going to visit at my husband's Italian Aunt and Uncle during Easter week for lunch.

My husband's Aunt would be in the kitchen making so many of these pies for family and friends, but she always made time for us to visit.



My husband's Aunt would serve us slices of this warm pie for lunch, and then give us the rest of the pie to bring home!

At home if I make this spaghetti pie I serve it with a salad on the side.  I love this pie so much that I decide to share the recipe with you.

Spaghetti Pie

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour
Total time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1 pound cooked spaghetti
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper (you can use less)
  • 1 cup milk
Cooking Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Let spaghetti cool before mixing. Mix all ingredients together. Spray a large pan with cooking spray. Add everything to the pan. Add little dabs of butter to the top of the pie. Bake for 1 hour. Let cool before cutting pie into pieces.
NOTE:  This recipe calls for milk, but I substituted it with Almond milk.

  8. This looks great! My spaghetti pie recipe uses a tomato sauce with it and ricotta cheese....a little different. It is one of my favorite comfort foods! Happy Easter!
