Hello friends. We went to Trader Joe's recently and I'd love to share with you some of my finds.
This time I spotted so many spring flowers. I replanted this plant into a large pot and it's sitting on my kitchen counter.
I repotted three pots of daffodils into a planter on my front stoop.
We bought this pretty succulent plant. Hopefully I can keep this plant healthy. I know they don't need a lot of water.
I recently saw a dermatologist on Instagram suggest using this facial sunscreen. I can't wait to use this SPF 40 sunscreen.
I was running out of this eye cream. This is a favorite of mine and it works great with hydrating my skin.
My daughter and I have been drinking tea in the afternoon and evening. We picked up a few boxes of tea.
I love the artichokes from Trader Joe's. I used them to make stuffed artichokes.
I spotted a large package of vegetables. I made a stir-fry meal for dinner. I made the veggies with olive oil, teriyaki sauce, and a little bit of garlic, and added cut up chicken. You could also do a stir-fry meal with veggies using shrimp, or steak.
We had a good time picking out an assortment of dips.
I love this spinach dip on chips or crackers.
We love the chips shown below.
Here are some other items I love from Trader Joes:
- sourdough bread
- english muffins
- lemonade
- Joe Joe's cookies
- peanut filled pretzels
- mixed nuts
- cereal
Have you been to Trader Joe's lately and what did you buy?
My blogging buddy, Heather likes to share items she bought at Trader Joe's too. You can see her latest TJ's haul here.

Hello friends. It's been a while since I've done a Costco Finds blog post. I didn't realize that the last time I did a post was back in June.
On my most recent shopping trip to Costco, I did notice that they are not selling any more kids or adult books. This is such a disappointment to me. I do on occasion like to give books as presents to people. Does your Costco sell books?
I also found these Costco price tag secrets on Instagram.
I found some great buys I thought you'd like to see.
I spotted this Mondetta Knit Fleece Crewneck sweatshirt. It comes in dark blue and black. I bought the purple color to wear for spring.
I love these Marc New York jogger pants. This is the second pair of pants I bought and they come in three colors. I bought them in black as they go with everything and the pants are so soft.
I found these women's gummy multivitamins. I don't like taking big pills so these are working out.
We bought these iron pills for my daughter to take each day.
These Systane dry eye drops come three in a package. We all use these eye drops for our dry eyes.
We have a Nespresso espresso machine. We use these Peet's capsules to make coffee each day.
I picked up this Neutrogena Hydro Boost face cream for my daughter and I. This cream is light and soaks right into my skin. I love how it moisturizes my face. I usually use this or Olay Regenerist face cream.
We bought Irish soda bread before St. Patrick's Day. The bread was ok and it tasted better heated up with butter. I won't be buying this Irish Soda bread again.
I picked up these Puma sports bras. I already have them and they are so comfortable. They are perfect for my workouts at my gym and for everyday wear.
My husband likes and uses these razor blades from Harry's.
Heather from Our Life In a Click also enjoys sharing her Costco finds.

Hello blog friends. Mr. JCL and I went shopping at Costco on Friday night. We were lucky as we got a spot to park the car even though it looked like the lot was full. I got some great buys and I thought I would share them with you.
My husband and I love this Caesar salad and it's one of our favorites. It's a big salad that we usually split between the two of us and we were able to have it two times. The price is $7.50 and this kit comes with everything you need to make a salad.
Mr. JCL ordered this huge meat pack online from Costco. It's from Chicago Steak Company and the price is $139.99. The pack consists of Angus beef steaks, filet mignons, (eight steaks altogether), and eight hamburger patties all frozen. I put all the meat in the freezer. We had two hamburgers on Saturday night for dinner that were delicious tasting even without a bun. We felt like we were eating in a steak house. This meat will last us a while since I'm cooking a lot at home. This would even make a great holiday gift for any meat lover.
This is another item that we ordered online. We have protein shakes every morning for breakfast. We like to add in some powdered matcha tea to make the shake. The container holds 16 ounces and is $34.99.
We needed more Starbucks coffee beans. This bag holds 2.5 pounds of whole beans and it costs $16.99. I brought the bag to my local Starbucks and they ground the bag for free. I always order a drink whenever I do this.
Lately, Costco has had such nice clothes. I always check out that area whenever I am there. I found this thermal waffle top and I bought mine in a cranberry color and it was only $16.99
I love to wear these tops under my sweaters and sweatshirts during the fall and winter months. This is a 32-degree ladies heat tee and it was on sale for $12.99 for two shirts in the pack.
I love Costco's workout pants. I grabbed these Mondetta Ladies Brushed Jacquard Leggings for $16.99. I love that they have pockets on the side to keep my phone. The material is a little bit thicker and will be great for doing my online Zumba and yoga classes.
I grabbed these blue surgical face masks that were only $9.99 for 50 disposable masks. I like to wear these when I go to church since it's easier for me to breathe. I like wearing my cloth masks when I'm walking Bosco or doing errands.
We've never used these vitamins before but Mr. JCL picked them up. We will try these out and they were on sale for $24.99 for 300 soft gels.
I needed a new cutting board as mine was shot. These two boards come in the pack and were only $12.99. They work great and you don't even see any cut marks on the board. These would make a great holiday gift for any cook.
Costco and a lot of stores are going to get super busy now for the holidays. It's a good idea if you see something start stocking up now on items for the holidays. I hope you've enjoyed some of the great buys I purchased at Costco.
HAPPY SHOPPING!
