  12. Julie, I love that scarf. I learned to knit (a little) when I was about 10 or 11 and knitted a couple of items, then quit. Unfortunately, the second item was one slipper (the same color as your scarf, by the way), which most of us can't really use! I now have several friends who knit and I'm thinking I might give it a try. This blanket yarn that knits up fast with thick needles might be just the thing for my project.
