Hello blog friends.  I hope you all had a nice weekend and are having a good week so far.

I'm so happy and honored when my INSTAGRAM friends make some of the crochet projects and recipes that I share there, on Instagram, and here on the blog.

I was so happy when Angela @shropshirecrafter on Instagram made a crocheted leaf that I shared with everyone in a post I did HERE.  Her crocheted leaf is on the left, and look how pretty and amazing it turned out.  I love the yarn color you chose for the leaf and thanks for making it.

I was also happy when Ping from @theloation_masalachic on Instagram made the pasta dish that I made HERE.  Ping made the pasta dish but substituted the kale for broccoli.  That pasta dish sure looks good!  Thanks again for taking the time to make one of my recipes that I shared on the blog.

Thanks ladies, I am so glad I was able to inspire you both with crocheting the leaf and cooking the pasta dish.

Let's keep inspiring each other with our projects and recipes!  Keep sending me photos of your recipes and projects you make and are sharing on Instagram, and I will mention you here on the blog.

Thanks everyone and enjoy!

  13. I have never had roasted beets. We have them pickled sometimes but never roasted. My mother used to make a dish where they were in a 'sauce' and served warm. That was very good, too. xo Diana
