Slim Fast Smoothie Recipe

May 1, 2015

Hi friends!  We have been making smoothies in my house a lot lately and I'd love to share with you this easy recipe to make one.

Slim Fast Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

8 oz. - unsweetened almond milk
1/2 scoop Slim Fast - the fruit is sweet so you don't need as much slim fast
3 ice cubes
1 tablespoon frozen cherries - or fresh
1 tablespoon frozen blueberries - or fresh
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds

Blend less than 1 minute.

Enjoy!

NOTE:  This is blended in the Nutri Bullet but it can be made in a regular blender.

I hope I have inspired you to make your own Smoothie at home.  It's so easy to make and add whatever you like.  Wishing you a wonderful weekend!

  5. I make a lot of smoothies. They are much healthier than shop-bought smoothies. Have you ever looked at the ingredients on one of those? Frightening.

  9. Sounds good, Julie. Remember how the old Slimfast left that "tinny" aftertaste in your mouth? I bet it has really improved. xo Diana
