2 Year Blog Anniversary

Saturday, November 8, 2014

Today, November 8, 2014 is my Two Year Blog Anniversary!!

Thank you for two fun years of blogging, support, and friendship.

To celebrate, I'd love to share with you my first recipe I posted on my blog.

It's a healthy recipe.

It's Chicken Sausage and Peppers!

CHICKEN SAUSAGE & PEPPERS RECIPE

Makes 4-6 Servings

INGREDIENTS:
6 Chicken Sausage, cut into small pieces about 1/2 inch
2 Peppers, any color, cleaned and cut into long strips
1 Onion, peeled and cut into long strips
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:
In a large pan saute peppers and onions in olive oil for about 5 to 10 minutes.  Add chicken sausage and cook everything together for about 15 minutes until peppers are cooked soft.

Suggestion: Serve with Italian Bread

Note:  For a side dish you could also serve this with any type of rice that you like.  Try this out it is so good and your family will love it!
