Tuna and Chickpea Salad Recipe

Friday, August 15, 2014

This is a light salad that is healthy and perfect to have as a side dish or you could add it to pita bread and make a sandwich out of it.  I'd love to share with you this easy recipe.

Tuna and Chickpea Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1 7oz. can Bumble Bee Tuna - Solid White Albacore in Water - drained
1 15 oz. can Chick Peas - Garbanzos - rinsed and drained
1/4 cup red onion - chopped
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Drain tuna from can and chop up in a bowl with a fork.  Add drained and rinsed chick peas to bowl.  Next add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together.  Done

I hope you enjoy this healthy and easy salad.
