CHICKEN SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS RECIPE

Here is a recipe to make chicken sausage and peppers that I make for my family often.  It's so easy to make and perfect for a week night meal.


Chicken Sausage and Peppers

Makes 4-6 Servings

6 Chicken Sausage, cut into small pieces about 1/2 inch
2 Peppers, any color, cleaned and cut into long strips
1 Onion, peeled and cut into long strips
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

In a large pan saute peppers and onions in olive oil for about 5 to 10 minutes.  Add chicken sausage and cook everything together for about 15 minutes until peppers are cooked soft.

Suggestion: Serve with Italian Bread




For a side dish you could also serve this with any type of rice that you like.  I hope you try this out as it's so good and your family will love it.
